What is an Assembly Statement? Statements are formal communications made on the floor of the County Assembly. They include Ministerial Statements issued by the County Executive in response to member requests, Member Statements on matters of public concern, and Special Statements on urgent matters requiring immediate Assembly attention.

🏛️ Ministerial Statements

Issued by County Executive Members (CECs) in response to requests by MCAs on matters within their dockets.

🎙️ Member Statements

Made by individual MCAs on matters of public concern affecting their wards or the county at large.

⚡ Special Statements

Statements on urgent matters requiring immediate attention of the Assembly, presented by the Speaker or a Member.
